The official language of the school in English and therefore every pupil must speak English in the school campus. Moreover, all students shall make a serious and determined effort to speak English both inside and outside the class.
Pupils must be punctual for class. Those who have been absent on the previous day must bring the leave notification (in the diary) signed by their parents and submitted to the HM or one who takes his / her place.
Pupils themselves are responsible for their books, pens, cycles, tiffin carriers or any other article they may bring to school.
Pupils are expected to take part in all the Extra and co-curricular activites of the school as part of their civic and cultural training and no one will be excused from them without serious reason.
Physical exercises are also part of the school programme and no pupil will be exempted from them without serious reason.
Pupils are not allowed to meet parents or visitors or to leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the HM.
Pupils are not allowed to leave the school campus without the permission of the HM.
It is strictly forbiden to write or scribble on the walls, throw paper around or splash ink in the class room or in any way damage school property. Any damage or breakage must be reported to the Administrator and it must be paid for according to the discretion of the school authorities.
Any reported or observed objectable conduct in or out of the school on the part of pupils shall make them liable to disciplinary action. On their way to and from school they are expected to behave in a gentlemanly manner.
Students are strictly forbiden to introduce any sort of comics or objectionable literature into the school. Students involved in such activites run the risk of being dismissed from the school.
Pupils who have not paid the fees will not be permitted to appear for the terminal evaluations.
Pupils absenting themselves from evaluations without grave reasons will be considered as having failed. Pupils absent from any evaluation, for any reason whatsoever, will not be reevaluated.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers and members of the staff, or bad moral influence justify dismissal. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct both inside and outside the school.
The school reserves to itself the right to ask the parents to withdraw their children if their progress in studies is unsatisfactory or their attendance is irregular, or their conduct is harmful to other students.
The School accepts no responsibility if, through failure in wearing school uniform or in bringing books to class or signature of parents to remarks written by teachers or on the absence record in the calender, the pupil is obliged to return home during class hours.
Absence on the reopening day and on the last two days of every term will not be allowed. In such cases the parent has to explain to the HM in person the reason for such absence.
Attendance at Official school functions such as the school Day and the Athletic Meet is compulsory.
Pupils are strictly forbidden to take part in strikes, political or other organisations likely to result inviolence or communal disturbaces. Those who take part in such things will be dismissed.
In the absence of any teacher, the class leader and in his absence the assistant class leader will look after the order and discipline of the class. All the pupils of the class will cooperate with the class leader in maintaining discipline.
All correspondence addressed to the pupils at school will be subject to inspection.
Pupils are not allowed to give gifts to the teachers without the permission of the HM.
No school business will be transacted during the holidays.
Pupils joining or leaving the school during the year will have to pay the fees for the whole year.
